Christopher Doonan founded CS & Poe Corporation in 2015 after retiring from 23 years’ service in the United States Army.  The majority of Mr. Doonan’s active-duty service was spent in the U.S. Army’s Special Operations Forces. Simultaneously, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Boston University and a Master of Arts degree in Security Studies: Industrial and Economic Security from the University of Massachusetts – Lowell.

Chris is married to his wife Sarah, and has three children, Isabel, Ashley, and Bodhi.

Norm Shaver spent his childhood in the Charlotte, North Carolina area and enlisted in the U.S. Army at age 19. Most of his 20 years of service was spent in the 75th Ranger Regiment and special operations community. Norm holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Security Management and Master of Science degree in The Administration of Justice and Security. He is also currently pursuing a second Master of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University. He retired from active duty in 2015 and now resides in Northeast Georgia with his wife Sara. Norm joined the CS & Poe team in 2020 and now serves as the company’s Director of Operations.

Kathleen M. Brinker is an Administrative Specialist with over twenty years’ experience working with military families and small businesses to achieve financial success and stability. Kathleen’s background includes growing up in a large military family including multiple West Point Graduates and flag officers. As a Certified Financial PlannerTM, since 2005, much of this experience has been gained as a financial advisor then as a financial counselor for U.S. Army programs. Kathleen joined CSPC Solutions in 2020. While performing as an Administrative Specialist for CS & Poe Corporation, she has been involved with numerous aspects of the government contracting business including, but not limited to, project pricing, research, contract administration, personnel management, travel coordination, procurement, employee benefits and financial analysis.
